The NOOSA tiny home built to lock-up stage is fully-finished externally and waterproofed with customised window selection and external cladding. Internally, the lofts and internal walls are completed including a cavity slider door. The internal frames are left open so that you can finish your build from here.

We build four Tiny Houses each month and deliver one fully finished Tiny House each week to somewhere in Australia. If you reach out to us, we are able to keep you in the loop so that you know when a model that you like will be available to view fully finished. We offer both virtual and physical walkthroughs of our Tiny House factory. By appointment only – book here.

Our Tiny House and eco home build time is five weeks from trailer arrival to delivery day.

Yes there is a waitlist. Our lead time varies depending on live availability. If you can advise us of your ideal delivery date range, we will do everything we can to make this work.

Yes! We encourage you to customise your Tiny Home to make your Tiny Home stand out from the crowd. Within our process you can customise many elements of the standard model including design, joinery, specifications, colours and finishes.

Yes – absolutely! Each off-grid site is different but generally people will set up their off-grid Tiny Home with a solar system, gas appliances and an on-site water system. We are happy to share our knowledge and connect you with specific trusted experts in those fields.
