Every great home begins with a conversation. In your free consultation with our co-owner, Joe Arnesen, we take the time to understand your goals — design, budget, lifestyle, and any logistical challenges.
Once everything aligns, you can secure your build date with a 20% deposit and officially begin your LJM journey.
This is where the fun begins. You’ll collaborate directly with our designers and joiners to personalise every aspect of your home, from floor plans to finishes. By the end of this stage, you’ll hold a complete vision of your tiny home, perfectly tailored to your taste and lifestyle.

Our skilled team begins building your home right here at our Sunshine Coast factory, using premium materials and precision craftsmanship. When construction is complete, you’ll join Joe for a final walkthrough to ensure every detail exceeds expectations.
