Start your journey by contacting us for a free consultation with our co-owner, Joe Arnesen. if you’re able to visit, we’d love to give you an in-depth tour of our Sunshine Coast facility, but we also offer virtual consultations to suit your schedule. We’ll discuss your vision, design preferences, budget, and any logistical considerations to ensure your tiny house perfectly fits your needs. Once you’re ready, a 20% deposit will secure your build date.
Step 2: Design
Now comes the exciting part! Work with our team to customise every detail of your tiny house. From selecting joinery and window styles to choosing colours and flooring, you have complete control. We’ll also finalise your electrical plans, including any off-grid options, to ensure the design meets your lifestyle.
Step 3: Construction
Your tiny house is build at our Sunshine Coast factory, where you can stay updated on the progress with regular photos and virtual walkthroughs. Whether you want to be closely involved or prefer updates from a distance, we can accommodate your preference. Once the build is complete, Joe will guide you through a final walk-through to confirm everything is satisfactory before you settle the final balance.
Step 4: Delivery
We handle the logistics of delivering your tiny house to your chosen location, working with trusted partners to ensure a smooth process.
