How The Process Works?
Step 1: Consult
Start by reaching out to us for free consultation with our co-owner, Joe Arnesen. We encourage you to visit our Sunshine Coast facility for an in-depth tour, or we can arrange a virtual consultation. This is where we discuss your tiny house goals, design preferences, budget, and logistical considerations. Once you’re ready, you can lock in your build date with a 20% deposit.
Step 2: Design
This is where the fun begins! Customise your tiny house through our guided design process, choosing everything from joinery and window styles to colours and flooring. In this step, we’ll also finalise your electrical plans, including any off-grid solutions you may need.
Step 3: Construct
Construction begins at our Sunshine Coast factory, where we will keep you updated with regular photo progress and virtual walkthroughs (you can be as involved as you like ensure everything meets your expectations before settling the final balance).
Step 4: Deliver
We coordinate with trusted delivery partners to transport your tiny house to your chosen site. Delivery is available across Australia, ensuring your new home is parked and ready for you to move in.
